I will be there all weekend. Stop by and say hello. I usually try and make it around to look at all the Jeeps at least once. PM me and I will get you my cell phone number if interested in joining up.

Its to bad that alot of you missed the wild days of the 4wheel Jambos about 5 to 10 years ago... they've really mellowed out alot since then....

Unfortunately two bad events in the same year really made them crack down on stuff 1) A drunk 16 year old flipped his truck upon leaving the fairgrounds, severly injuring himself and killing his passenger and 2) Race riots in the campground (that was a scary night)

I don't think they have a campground anymore. As far as a race riot? It was pretty much all whites there...including a group of trucks dragging giant nooses behind them, with White Power on the windshield.

I was actually referring to Indy, they still do have a camp ground. The issue with the riots was because some of those idiots with thier white power shit were yelling it over the 8' chain link fence in the campground.... that fence seperated the camp ground from the ghetto... maltav cocktails and bricks comming into the campground were no fun....

Kennedy is talking about the Indiana State Fairgrounds, location of the Indy Jamboree that last several years. The campground is just to the west of the fairgrounds. The whole area around the fairgrounds then is very "low income" housing. (insert your own race bashing here)

The funny thing I saw at Lima was a black girl on the Blue flatbed truck with a Rebel flag flying high in the air. :eek2:
