This is kinda a silly question but I gotta ask it. I'll be jacking () and then it stops just below the middle part of the jack. I can't get it to go any higher even if I put weight on it. I haven't tried to jack the Jeep up with it. The Jack is brand new I just bought it at tracter supply. Any thoughts?

there might be some paint keeping the pins from coming out all the way, have a look.

Also, it just might need lubed. Hi-Lifts don't like dirt.
