I'm running a stroked 4.0L with stock radiator, manual fan and added 12" electric 1,250cfm
WHAT CAN I DO??? Normal day 195degF all good, HOT day, deep mud/hard climbing 220degF+
Thinking manual fan and shroud removal, installing duel 12" electric 1,550cfm apiece
A dodge top radiator hose with inline cap adaptor 16# cap and overflow bottle, doing away with the
Stock flow-thru bottle all together suggestions? Comments?
Who’s done what and how did it work out??? B…

I wouldn't remove the shroud... Maybe a higher CFM fan.
Look for a product called "water wetter" http://www.redlineoil.com/Products.aspx?pcid=10
I know you can get it through Summit. It lower your temps 15-20 degrees, I've know a few people that have used it with good results.

I'd use some Redline Water Wetter, or some Royal Purple additive. Try looking into a Taurus 3.8 or Mark VIII electric fan, one of the highest flowing factory fans, and it has 2 speeds...

I have it in the cummins and have had it in the jeep for 4 years, no problems thus far. Redline makes some good stuff. You can buy it at any auto parts store, but buy it at O'Reilly.

Must be a cherokee. Water setter is good, been using it for years. Might wanna add another radiator.
