Hey,

I just found out from an avid mud bog driver that our schedule Aug 17th event fell on the same day as a very big event in Camden Mich. We have decided to move our event back 1 week to Aug 24. Sorry about the inconvience, but we hate to put on an event that wouldn't bring out some competition for everyone. This way we will be going to the event and be passing out some flyers for our event to bring in more people.:fingerscrossed:

I'm sure you'll have a great time there. Hope to see you at our next mud bog. Which will proably be scheduled for Oct. We are thinking of a Halloween Event or something in that nature. Give me some feed back on what you all would like or suggest.

WOW! Thank you so much! I went to Camden Mich. last weekend and passed out over 100 flyers and got a really great responce from everyone. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for at least 20-30 drivers. We will be setting up a few canopies for the spectators. I know from being at Camden it was hell sitting and watching in the sun. If there is anyone out there that plans to come without entering I am looking for someone who would be a good announcer for us. Last time Dan came through for us and did a wonderful job, but he is planning on participating. So if anyone knows anyone with the gift of gab I would really appreciate it, and as a volunteer there will be no charge. I won't be able to check my computer anymore today or this weekend cuz I'm headed to the track and I'll be there til Sun. But you can call my cell, it's 260-553-0531 if anyone needs information. Well See Y'all in the MUD.

You should air down tires when ever you are wheeling for the best possible traction. When I ran the bog I did not air down and I also forgot to disconnect swaybars. Make sure to at least do the swaybars so your axle might not push so much mud.

All I can say is, WOW! The turnout was absolutely fantastic! I want to thank everyone for coming all the clubs, spectators and friends. When we needed some xtra help you all pitched in for us and we really appreciated it and all the suggestions to help us out. I will be checking out other clubs dates for their events in Sept. and hopefully be able to schedule another bog soon. If anyone knows of dates that are already taken please let me know. I wouldn't want to schedule an event and make anyone mad, I feel that cooperation between the clubs and groups makes it better for everyone. Again, Thanks, and I'll post the next bog asap.
