If you plan on helping on day of Jeep Jam 10-09-10 Please give me your name and # and shirt size. I need to get this list together ASAP.

I will have a list of things we need help with soon.

Let me know time frame you can help>>>>>>

Lets make this another great Jeep Jam and remember why we do this.

Disabled American Vets

I will need 15 spotters for the day of the Jam.

To be a spotter you must have the equipment needed.

A winch

Tow straps

Tow points

The knowledge and experience to keep people safe.....

CB radios would also be nice if possible

Also some of you have offered to help and posted so. But i don't know all your names.
if you posted and did not give first and last name please do so!!

Any questions please call me @ 260-348-4580

John Dore

I'm in already as well! Does the registration fee for the run include the food or is that extra?

I need to know who is helping us at our place by the 3rd our work day. You will need to plan on being at my place no later the 630am on the 9th. So we can set the plan for the day. I will promise you this help us that day and we will have a day for us some time after the jam. With the lay of the land now we have to post people around the trails to help and guide. little two way radios will help. Will start a list on the 3rd. Thanks The Kessies

630 for anyone working the trails. There will be a meeting to organize what will go on and to assign spots to people.

Also John or tom or Craig, I got a PA system for free for use at Kessie acres I will be picking it up thursday. Dont know if some one has a computer or Ipod that has a ton a music on it that can be used that day that I can hook up to it :?

Please, someone, clarify what is going on for Saturday helpers for the trails. Are we supposed to meet and register at O'Daniel or are those helping out supposed to be at Kessie Farm at 6:30? Also, I had asked once before and no one answered, is the food provided on the trail run, breakfast and lunch, included with registration fee or is it extra $?

If you are helping with trails be at kessie farms at 630. you will have a chance to kick in your registration there. The 25 only covers the ride it doesn't cover food.(this is the info i got off website) I hope this answers some questions.

If breakfast/lunch is not included in the registration, then how much extra will that be? Trying to know how much cash to have on me, as opposed to packing something. I don't normally carry much $. Are those helping going to meet Saturday morning at ODZ before heading up to be there by 6:30am? I have no idea where it's at.

I will be meeting at ODZ at the regular registration time. Don't look for me at the early time. John wants me there to help out incase they need some extra hands. He also said he believes registered people will get a ticket for lunch.
