so i sold the ford and when down to indy and picked up a 90 yj inline 6 5 speed it has 31's and 125,000 miles no rust i will put pic up tomorrow

Olive drab yj behind my box truck today on wallen rd. :?
Could it be...hmm..could be...Yep it's chance,it turned into his driveway.That's what I said to fatbags
on our way back to the shop this afternoon.It's a jeep :) Put a little bit of lift under it,rims/tires.and what have you.
That will make a nice wheeling rig for sure.Very nice.

Good lookin YJ, welcome to the club! About the spring over, i looked into it for a while. After a lot of research and talking to people, i decided against it, but just my decision. everyones different. I got a stock front bumper if ya want something to throw on there for now, sell it to ya real cheap!

If you decide to do it, I would get another set of springs. Those look like they have some inverted arch to them.

they can be done cheap, quick, give a pretty good ride, and allow pretty good flex. They usually net around 5-6" of lift.

Monte (Chambord) had a spring over on his YJ and he stuck some 35's under it and it was nice, he never had a problem, lot's of lift too.
