I started by replacing the external brush assembly which i got from amazon.com for $48, now i've torn the rest of the winch apart to clean everything, grease it, and install 4 new solenoids. I found that you can't buy WARNs parts other than through warn, so i again found a great deal on amazon.com.

I'll post pics on you!

Go to NAPA and compare thier heavy duty marine solenoids with what you need to replace. You will most likely find one that will work.
