Gas Guzzy is back at it again with the second annual Gas Guzzy 4X4 Off Road Truck Show Challenge 2011 Spring Show June 11th. The event is located on the grounds of the American Heritage Village/Freedom Park off I-69 exit 126 west 5634 County Road 11A, Auburn, Indiana 46706.

Get ready for all the action as we introduce a more thrilling tough truck course, deep and shallow mud pits, and exciting performances from old school monster trucks! We are continuing the show n' shine competition as well with prizes for best in show classes!

Gates Open 10AM Show Begins 12 Noon, Rain or Shine!

Adults: $15; Kids 13 & Under: $10 (Kids 3 & Under Free)

Event Rules and Competitor Classes

MOTORSPORTS COMPETITOR REGISTRATION day of show, $30 for first class entered; $10 per class after. Early registration on or before June 4, $20 for first class entered; $10 per class after. Fee includes two pit passes. Extra pit passes $15 each, order below; limit four extra per vehicle. Note: If vehicle will be driven by another person, this person must also be registered with truck separately.

MUD BOG COMPETITORS -

SHALLOW PIT 12” - 24” DEEP -
CLASS 1 - Shallow Pit - Regulations: All factory sheet metal, glass and frame. Open top vehicles need roll bar. Stock trucks up to 35” tires; Bolt on lift kits allowed; DOT approved non-cut tires. No power adders (unless OEM installed). No 4/3 links allowed.
PAY OUT: 1st Place - $100 2nd Place - $50 3rd Place - $25

CLASS 2 - Shallow Pit - Regulations: All factory sheet metal, glass and frame. No altered wheel base. Open top vehicles need roll bar. Modified up to 40” tires, up to 500hp; Custom suspension; DOT approved non-cut tires; No custom superchargers, turbos, power adders, injection systems or nitrous.
PAY OUT: 1st Place - $100 2nd Place - $50 3rd Place - $25

CLASS 3 - Shallow Pit - Regulations: Open class up to 44” tires; Cut and paddle tires allowed; Superchargers, turbos, injection systems and nitrous allowed. Vehicles must have minimum four point roll cage and four point seat belt racing harnesses.
PAY OUT: 1st Place - $200 2nd Place - $100 3rd Place - $50

DEEP PIT 36” - 40” DEEP -
CLASS 4 - Deep Pit - Regulations: Factory sheet metal, fiberglass look-a-like, gutted interior allowed. Must be equipped with roll bars. Partial factory frame. 36” to 44” tires; DOT approved non-cut tires.
PAY OUT: 1st Place - $200 2nd Place - $100 3rd Place - $50

CLASS 5 - Deep Pit - Regulations: 45” tires and larger; Cut tires and tractor tires allowed.
PAY OUT: 1st Place - $200 2nd Place - $100 3rd Place - $50

TOUGH TRUCK OBSTACLE COURSE COMPETITORS -

CLASS 1 - Regulations: Stock trucks up to 35” tires; Bolt on lift kits allowed; DOT approved non-cut tires. PAY OUT: 1st Place - $100 2nd Place - $50 3rd Place - $25

CLASS 2 - Regulations: Modified up to 35” tires, up to 500hp; Custom suspension; DOT approved non-cut tires; No custom superchargers, turbos, injection systems or nitrous. Must have roll bars or cage pre-form; no exhaust tubing. PAY OUT: 1st Place - $100 2nd Place - $50 3rd Place - $25

CLASS 3 - Regulations: Open class, any engine combination, chassis, frame combo, shock set up, and tire size. PAY OUT: 1st Place - $200 2nd Place - $100 3rd Place - $50



SHOW N’ SHINE REGISTRATION day of show, $30; Early registration on or before June 4, $20. Fee includes two adult and two child admissions. Extra tickets may be purchased day of show, or with this form at pre-sale price, please enter quantity and return with payment on or before June 4.




EVENT RULES & INFORMATION

**ALL COMPETING DRIVERS IN MOTORSPORTS EVENTS MUST ATTEND DRIVER MEETING AT 11AM SATURDAY JUNE 11.**

Motorsport Participant Rules

1. All drivers must attend drivers meeting at 11:00AM.
2. All pit passes must sign insurance waiver.
3. All competitors must wear seat belt and helmet.
4. No passengers allowed in vehicle during competition.
5. Drivers must be prompt to starting line.
6. Drivers get a restart if vehicle has failure within first 30 feet of start line.
7. Vehicle must have pull point on back.
8. Drivers will not consume alcohol.

he event rules listed below will be strictly enforced by event staff and security at all times. Failure to comply with these rules will result in ejection from the event without refund. These rules are for your safety and for the safety of others around you, this is a public event please behave appropriately. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

1. The speed limit is 15MPH everywhere on the property except for the competition area. 2. No underage drinking. 3. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 4. No nudity, lewd or lascivious acts. 5. No cranes, stages, high lifts or lifting devices are permitted on the property. 6. No firearms or weapons of any kind. 7. No person or vehicle shall cross any fence line or posted area. 8. No ATV operations are permitted beyond the event boundaries. 9. Any person operating a vehicle in a dangerous manner or with a disregard for the safety of others will be ejected from the event. 10. Any person judged by the event staff to be operating a vehicle whilst impaired will be ejected from the event. 11. No one under the age of 16 shall operate any vehicle on the property. 12. No fighting or aggressive behavior. 13. No dumping of hazardous materials. (e.g. oil, gas or sanitary stations.) 14. Each person must have an appropriately secured wristband at all times. 15. No selling of any items (food, drinks, t-shirts, beads etc.) 16. No pets. 17. No performance ATV’s or two wheel dirt bikes. 18. No Glass bottles. 19. All attendees must comply with the instructions of event staff and security at all times.

PERSON(S) FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO EJECTION FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT REFUND. ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY EVENT PERSONNEL AND SECURITY, ENTERING THE EVENT SHOWS COMPLIANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR RULES.

Rosco racing will be there. Rosco and Michelle both will probably race the buggy.
Sideshow will probably be racing the C747.
I will probably race the #192 xjpopcanbuggy also.
Along with some other folks that are apart of racing but not online.
